I've noticed that on DVR'd movies, the closed captioning is not synched correctly. The text shows up way before the words are said. How can I troubleshoot this?
Is this happening on all shows/movies that you DVR, or just some? Also is it not timed right for live broadcasts? If its not happening for everything, is it certain shows or channels that are doing this?
I've noticed it more with DVR'd movies. Live TV seems to work fine. DVR'd TV shows seem to be fine.

Recordings are all processed the same on the DVR regardless if its a TV show or a movie. You said its a problem with DVR'd movies. Please watch a movie live and make sure the CC is correct, then press to record it. Later go back and watch the movie at the same point to see if its still synced.
