DVR Button brings up "Equipment Exchange" menu.

I recently received my new Set Top Box. I set it up(activated) and everything works great except the DVR button on my remote. Everyttime I push the DVR button the Equipment Exchange menu pops up. I have already completed my exchange. I just have to return my STB.
