DVR Freezes - Lost Info in Series Manager

I have two 7232 DVRs each with external drives.  Within the last two months, I have notices several freezes during recording playbacks.  Each time the STBs reset themselves.  However in a most recent reset, one DVR had to be re-associated with the external drive and lost all series recordings that were set up in the Series Manager.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Has something updated in the last two months to cause more playback freezes?

Me too ... goes into a white diagnostic menu for a sec then begins to re-start ... will break recording into two sessions and occasionly drop the recording ... going on since upgrade was flashed a couple months ago ... read somewhere to be patient but it really is getting bad with multiple daily events.
