I'm getting an error message when using the DVR feature of FIOS TV Central. The error message says Set Top Box (and then the serial number) is not responding What's wrong? How can I fix this?
Get onto the online chat. I had the same problem and they fixed it within 20 minutes. I think they reloaded the software in the router and the stb.
The DVR feature is now not there; it is totally missing for me. I sign in as i have done in the past, but then the only DVR capability is Remote DVR (cell phone access); nothing that can be used over the internet to view recorded programs or to see the schedule or to record programs.
Should I create a new thread about this?
