DVR only showing one show in a Series

Thanks for any help,

When I go online to my Verizon it shows that my DVR/Fios that we got on the 18 has some 54 shows. 

When I go to the DVR or any of the 2 STB/Cable box's in the house it shows 3 folders with one show each and 3 shows.  How come I can not see all the episodes in a series.  If I watch an episode then it is still is the only one displayed and I can not see more.  The 3 folders have show name (#)  the # keeps going up as more shows get recorded but I can not watch them on the DVR.

P.S.  If I were in charge of this web site I would at least put Fios in the Spell Checker.
