Whenever my DVR gets 67% full it will no longer record any shows.  It says it is full.

Please go into the MENU, then CUSTOMER SUPPORT,  then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. This will clear most  problems the boxes have. For your particular issue if it doesn't, do the next option down that says AUTOFIX COMMON DVR ISSUES. If you are still having issues after these steps, please send me a private message.

I just attached an external esata drive to my dvr. I went to the dvr menu and enabled more storage. I connect the drive. It asks me if I want to reformat and I select yes. So it appears the drive is recognized, but after reboot of the STB, there is no external drive visible. It is a 3tb estata drive. It asks me about formatting the drive every time I reboot my STB.
