Hi. Been using the app for years to change channels, etc. Today it won’t log me in. I keep getting Error Code: 9-6-24-302-102. I tried changing my passcode to one without special characters (read a older post about that) but nothing is working. Please advise. Thanks.

Remove the app. Make sure you clear your cache or reboot your device . Download and re-install.

error code 9-6-24-302-102 comes up when I log into fios tv remote app. i don't have special characters in my password either.

I did this and I am still getting this error. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved.

i have same error code on 3 of my devices--4th one is fine though.
reset router, reinstalled app, powered down phones.ipad...

You may need to call Verizon Billing department and get them to re-authorize your account. Why it works on only one device is a good question.
