Error on screen calling for HD box for non-HD channels

I've had the FIOS for a few months.  Today a get messages stating the channels require an HD box.  (But these are non-HD channels).  I do have a box on a HD box another TV and understand the differance in the reg & HD channels.  Problem started today. Thanks

Reset the box by unplugging it for 30 seconds, plug it back in and wait for the time to come back before putting the box back on. That should clear it up.
