FIOS On Demand Updates (Broadcast) & DVR Question - Washington DC area

I noticed last week that Verizon added a lot of CBS, NBC,and ABC shows to on-demand.  These were added roughly 24 hours after primetime airing.  Does anyone know when Verizon actually updates these...I noticed this week that Ugly Betty, all the NBC, and CSI:NY have not been updated.  I'm just trying to figure out if there is a time line for adding these etc.

I'm also wondering if anyone else has problems with their DVR.  If I go into "modify" series and say...record any time, duplicates, and any channel...the DVR will (for the most part) only record for the one channel...is there a way to fix this or is it a glitch in the system?
