I just put in FiOS quantum boxes in 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on main floor. The modem is in the basement. All tv's up stairs keep freezing like a thunderstorm on direct tv. The main floor is fine. It worked fine last night and now this crap. I tried the guide and other features and it works good. I did try to do on demand and it was constantly froze and had lines. Any suggestions?

Look around the forums here and at DSL Reports and you'll see plenty of people experiencing issues like yours with the Quantum hardware. Unfortunately there are a bunch of threads about the problems.

Check your splitter. Make sure it's moca 2.0. If not you'll need to get one.

That is not necessarily true, considering many of us that have the problems have MoCA 2.0 splitters.
