FIOS "BIG" blame game

 ....  stilll waiting for  Verizon FIOS TV to fill the gaping hole in their "All Things Weeds" VOD promotion. I've heard all sorts of "explanations" for the VOD problems, including blaming it on the other guy.  "It's not Verizon's fault, it's the channel's fault." Oh really? Someone please tell me why Showtime or any other network/channel for that matter, would decide to post a season minus one episode? Not a great way to win new subscribers. Not a great way to woo new viewers.
