Fios One Mini STB Freezes

3 STB in house - only one freezes. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to have tech support update firmware - it helped for less than 12 hours.  the problem is back and is now worse.  Tried calling again and had to hang up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes.  Is there a way to cancel the service on line without having to call?  I don't have the time to be messing with all of this.
