Fios, ipad app. Favorites still don't work... Blank

Ok, I have installed, uninstalled, x5 times, rebooted DVR a few times. I was sent some steps and followed then over and over. I am ready to toss fios for this crappy app. I even went looking for the old version. So my only recourse is to complain here until it gets fixed.
Does anyone else use the favorites with the fios ipad app?

You could  try to contact the app development team with your issue.  That is a better option than just complaining here.
