Fios mobile app not working

I have  an acer iconia tab 8.  The FiOS app used to work but now every time I try to use it I get the message, unfortunately FiOS app has stopped.  How can I fix this?

Have you tried deleteing and reinstalling app?

What version OS is on your tab? If it is older, the app may no longer support that version?
