Channel 1549 canal sur is wrong in the mornings where from monday - wednesday the lineup that is on there does not match what should be there in the mornings. On thursday and fridays it is correct. The 5:30am - 9:30am monday through friday show is listed as 6:30am-10:30am on mondays through wednesdays so it is wrong by an hour. The show after that is supposed to be from 9:30am-11:30am but that is also wrong mondays through wednesdays as it is listed from 10:30am-12:30pm. As you can imagine it throws off the rest of the channel on those days too. Now on thursdays and fridays it is perfect. What you have listed for thursday and friday is what should be listed there all week long in the mornings. So if you are trying to set up anything to tape as i am trying to do you miss an hour of the show that you want to watch. On sundays nights technically monday morning from 1am-3am what you have listed on the guide is a show called futbol en america which is a soccer show but instead what is there for two hours is a comedy show instead of the soccer show. Canal sur has their own correct schedule on their website and if you go there just click on horarios to see the correct schedule as opposed to what you are running on the boxes. It would be so much easier for people if you were to just add canal sur peru which is an all peru channel 24/7 where there would be no conflicts with shows from other countries as you have with canal sur which is a best of south american news channel where the 5:30am morning show is from peru and the 9:30am is from venezuela but now there is no difference between one or the other because the times that they are supposed to be on do not match because of the wrong schedule that you have on there. All of your competitors like time warner, cablevision, comcast, direct tv have canal sur peru and canal sur but you do not have it. Some more things that are wrong are cnn espanol 1540 has a show that is on from 11am-12pm not 11:15am-12pm as the guide indicates. What's the buzz which will be on abc news now channel 108 at 1:15pm today is listed wrongly on the guide as a travel show when it is a celebrity news show. 1664 continues to list something called chayanne en concierto saturdays at 7am, 1pm, 9pm when it is not that. 1583 every single day has programs listed on there that are not there but instead are paid programming spots especially during the 10am hour. 1509 and 1548 have no schedules at all there to tape programs off of. Cnn's 2am show is not there but instead you have anderson cooper listed for 2 hours. There is no clark howard show on channel 101 thursday at 4pm because it is a weekend show plus cnn in the mornings on tuesdays has the morning lineup wrong. There should be a 5am-7am show there followed by a 7am-9am plus msnbc has a bloomberg news description for their 5am show 5 days a week. Encore espanol should have an all spanish audio and there is no hd version of channel 461 even though the guide says there should be. Channels 394 and 894 do not exist while 466 claims to have an hd version of it even those there is no sd version.

Thanks to the verizon employee who got a lot of what was wrong with canal sur channel 1549 along with a few other things corrected but i want to point out that your sunday lineup will be wrong this sunday because there are venezuelan elections that will take up most of the day where it will be broadcast live almost all day long so if someone has things set up on sunday to tape what your guide claims should be there will not be there. Canal sur actually has the venezuelan elections listed on their website which has the correct schedule on there. For almost 12 hours straight there will be coverage of the elections starting at 7:30am plus the comedy show that you have listed late at night is the name of another comedy show that is the wrong one. It should be la comicida peruana not recargados de risa. Channel 474 also is having its issues where its primetime lineup specifically at 9pm monday through thursday there is a mini-series that is on there that is not appearing correctly plus on the weekends on sundays at 4pm you have a show called wide angle that never appears on there. Channel 579 MSG 2 HD has no logo and it is listed wrongly as MSG HD 2. Cnn espanol 1540 still has the wrong listing for their 11am show which starts at 11am and is 1 hour long but according to the guide it is listed as a 45 minute show that starts at 11:15am plus the program that is before it is 1 hour long not 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Cnn channel 100 sd (600 hd) still has an old weekend lineup running on there for many of the shows where the 1 hour cnn newsroom at 7pm on sunday is listed as a half hour show with cover story being next which is never there plus the next list that is listed on the weekends is not there along with the wolf blitzer show which is on monday through friday. Abc news now channel 108 continues to have the wrong description on there for a show that is called what's the buzz that is on several times a day at 1:15pm and 7pm where it is a celebrity news show not a texas travel show. I spoke to abc news now and they say that they have no idea where that description is coming from but i have found out that the description is from a local houston texas show that has no connection to abc news now so if you could please make that correction then everyone who has abc news now will be able to watch that show without thinking that it is something else. The msnbc show first look at 5am that is on weekdays is pulling a description of a bloomberg tv show called first look that is on at midnight that is about the asian stock market while the msnbc one is about your first look at the news. 1583 passiones often has paid programs on when it claims to have shows on so if you can correct that i would appreciate it. Channel 480 continues to have the wrong description for the 8:30pm monday through friday show where it claims to be about movie and dvd releases when it is about something else. Clark howard is not on thursdays at 4pm on channel 101 because it is a weekend show. 1620 continues to list a program called GFY which is not on there but another program is there instead that is never listed. 1664 on saturdays should have especial ritmoson listed at 7am,1pm,9pm but instead you have had chayanne en concierto listed there every single saturday for the last few months. 363 encore espanol as you can see that it has the names of their movies listed in spanish along with the descriptions of the movies in spanish but the audio is in english when it should be in spanish. The last thing that i want to mention is that 1509, 1548, 1781 have no schedules there but there is content to watch where all of the online guide providers that have the fios guide listed on their websites do have the schedules online for those channels but it is impossible to tape things on those channels because there is a general message of el salvador programming, dominican view programming and kuwait tv programming on 1509, 1548 and 1781.

Not everyone who has fios is aware of the fact that there are forums that they can post on to try to get things corrected sooner rather than later. I want to update you on some things that are still wrong that you can still get corrected for me. MSG 2 HD channel 579 still has no logo plus it is listed as MSG HD 2 on the guide. Canal sur 1549 has a comedy show that is on saturday nights at 10:30pm and mondays at 1am that are two hours long that are different shows than the one that you have listed on the guide. You have recargados de risa listed in those spots when it should be la comicidad peruana. You fixed msnbc's  5am show description but it came at the expense of the 12am bloomberg show that has the same name but is a completely different show. The guide is pulling the same data for both channels and is not making a distinction between the two. Cnn espanol 1540 is still wrong at 11am 5 days a week where the show starts at 11am not at 11:15am and is a 1 hour show. Their weekends are often wrong too. Cnn channel 100 still has the wrong morning data on tuesdays where the 5am-7am is listed as 5am-6am and the 7am-9am is listed as 6an-9am. On the weekends it is still wrong where you have old data running there and many programs that should be there are not there. The 6am-7:30am and 8am-9:30am shows have hosts listed who moved on to other networks years ago. Betty nguyen is a weekend anchor for cbs not the weekend anchor for cnn. The your bottom line money show that is on saturdays at 9:30am has gerry willis listed there as the host but she has had her own show on fox business for years now where her show is on 5 days a week on fox business at 5 pm called the willis report and she is also on the weekends there too. There is no next list on at 2pm on sundays that is followed by cnn newsroom instead it is cnn newsroom for that entire hour on cnn plus the cnn newsroom show on sunday at 7pm is a 1 hour show not 30 minutes followed by cover story which is a show that has not existed in years. Cnn headline news channel 101 has clark howard on the weekends not on thursdays at 4pm as the guide has it listed plus channel 463 alerta tv has shows there listed on the guide in english with the descriptions in english when all of their programs are in spanish. There is a program called the hard life which should be vida dura that is often on where people are missing out on it because it is wrongly listed on the guide. 363 encore espanol should have an all spanish audio and channel 108 abc news now which has a show on several times a day called what's the buzz still has the wrong description there. It is not a houston texas travel show but instead it is a celebrity news headline show. There is still no channel 466 so the message that it is also available in hd when there is no sd is odd plus there are no channels 394 and 894 so it seems like a waste of guide space to have messages on there saying that they no longer exist. Also channel 1583 has paid programming on at 8am & 10am 7 days a week not the programs that are listed and channel 558 is a network that is about actors talking about their movies but the shows do not list what actors will be on. 1509 and 1548 still have no schedules there even though online guide providers that have the fios guide on their websites have those schedules. If you need to verify anything that i have said on here so you can see what the correct schedules of what should be there and how customers have found online guide providers to have the fios guide more accurate than what is on the boxes then i would suggest that you check out tv guide or zap 2 it's websites. Go there and put in a zip code of where there is fios to see the accurate up to date guide so you can see for yourself what should be there so that you can pass on the issues that still exist so the corrections can be made. As you may already know what i have been saying that has been wrong with the guide has turned out to be true so please pass on all of the things that i have brought up on here to try to make things right.

Thanks again to the person who is getting things corrected little by little as far as the data that is incorrect on the guide is concerned. I see that you got the logo up on MSG 2 HD channel 579 plus you also got it corrected where it was listed as MSG HD 2 when it should have been MSG 2 HD. Let me also point out to you that the logo that you have for channel 580 MSG PLUS HD is not correct. What you have on there is the logo for MSG HD channel 578. MSG PLUS is very different from MSG. If you were to look at channel 80 which is the sd version of MSG PLUS then you would have an idea of what the logo should look like. Let me also add a few other things on here that are issues that are also wrong with the guide. Channel 101 cnn headline news has a crime show listed at 4:30am every thursday morning when in fact that is a weekend show. What should be on there is the rest of the show that is on before it called showbiz tonight and as i mentioned before clark howard is not on at 4pm on thursdays as the guide claims it is because it is a weekend show. Some other issues are that blackbelt tv channel 319 continues to have a to be announced message on there for the next two weeks starting on monday while the telemundo channel 12 sd 512 hd 4pm show is a judge deciding court cases show not a cop show as it is listed. Channel 480 latv has a 8:30pm show on 5 days a week that is a show that is about celebrity news not a dvd movie review show. Channel 108 abc news now's what's the buzz show continues to be wrongly described on the guide and i am hoping that someone could get that corrected for me as i am trying to set it up as a series but it has been wrong for years so if you could correct it i would appreciate it. 1540 cnn espanol at 11am is another that i would like to record but it is wrongly listed as a 11:15am show when it is a 1 hour show not a 45 minute show. I think that if you were to use my posts on here as a way to try to correct the issues that exist with the guide then things will start going in the right direction where a lot of the guide data issues will be corrected. Please look at my comments on here again and try to correct the things that i have brought up that are issues because there is not a lot left that is wrong with the guide that needs to be fixed except for the things that i have mentioned in my comments.
