Getting HBO Go to work on an Android phone

Why won't the HBO Go app work on my Android phone? I have a Droid Bionic through VZW. I downloaded the HBO Go app, and it logs me in just fine recognizing my user name & password that works on my lap top. But it won't play anything. When I pick a show or movie, the HBO theme song and logo starts to plays, then it shows a little spinning wheel, and then it just bounces back to the HBO Go home page. I don't know if this is a FIOS or Verizon Wireless problem, but if anyone from Verizon is reading this, what's going on? Can you work on fixing this? Thanks.
