HM DVR not working.

Ever since I replaced my old 6416 model DVR with the new 7232 DVR, I have been unable to get the HmDVR function to work.  I havetried the usually array of resets and troubleshooting and even the home agent.  Help, Please..... does this require a call in to a CSR?

Yeah, I think a rep has to fix that. 

I like online support, but you can also call 1-800 VERIZON
