Homeland available on Demand in SD not HD?

Can someone tell me why Showtime's "Homeland" Season 1 is available in its entirety On Demand in SD but only episodes 1-4 in HD? I have had similar issues in the past with incongruency in the SD/HD offering for the same shows On Demand.
