I unplugged both power and battery and ONT appears to be ok. Video light is blank which I believe means it's ok.

Does ont have any error lights on it?
Ok so day 2 tech can't make it. I unplugged battery and ONT, disconnected all cables, replugged in, all lights look good have phone, internet but no TV on dig adapter and have 1 or 2 working HD channels. Any thoughts?
Understand this is peer to peer but hoping it is moderated. Very upset about being home for 2 days and now being told theyll call tomorrow. We work. Next tech to the house will be Comcast. Time for a change. Oh but I did get 600 extra smart rewards- pretty insulting.
