I am disappointed that Howard TV is currently not being offered.  Does anyone know when this will be availble?

I read on a forum that Howard has an exclusive deal with cable operators, so Verizon couldn't get it if they wanted to.

As far as I know,  Howard TV has an exclusine agreement with digital cable. They are not on any satellite or telephone service provider. It makes me angry that we can't even get the "best of" programs on In Demand.
