ION HD channel 513 pixelating (VHO 4)

Anyone else seeing tiling/pixelization on ION HD channel 513 in DC/MD/VA? I'm trying to figure out if this a network problem or a problem in my local wiring. As suggested by VZ, I replaced my VZ supplied 1 Ghz splitter with a new 1 Ghz splitter and new double shielded RG6 coax feeding my HD DVR. My signal check in diagnostics screen shows 25db  (good). I have not seen any problems on other HD channels, leading me to believe this is a ION HD channel problem.
