FWIW LivingRoom is 7232 DVR Bedroom is 7100. I saw that when I went looking where to post the question as to why my DVR when I go to Support DVR Troubleshooting does it tell me I need to have a DVR STB when I do have one. It also says call 1-800-verizon Opt. 3. There is no option 3. Everything else seems to work ok. But it just makes no sense why there is an option there that makes no real sense.
Just now saw this reply. The dvr works. But when it acts up and I go to the secion in troubleshooting that says it is supposed to fix common dvr probs. It tells me I need a dvr stb. That makes no sense. And what is this call Vz 1-800-verion opt. 3. There is no option 3. Also my stb's here should show Livingroom 7232 Bedroom 7100..
