Increase to TV plan

Has anyone else gotten this notice when going to your manage service page? How come that notice is NOWHERE to be found on the latest bill or on the front page? I rarely go to the my manage service page. Is this increase only for the Prime TV plan or ALL TV plans?

Dont know, I just checked my manage service page and dont have it.

I think the Sports free is charged for any package with local sports channels.  So I think all packages excepect Basic and Select.
