Interactive Media Guide - When?

So I just got another email saying the Interactive Media Guide is coming. This is the 3rd message in the past year. Is it actually coming this time? When is it scheduled to happen? Has anyone outside of the test group actually recieved it yet? The email was very vague, as usual.

Presumably you are in Philly or NJ.  Others are reporting they  got it this morning.
