Hi,
I need a login id and password to watch CNN and HLN TV on the Internet.
How/Where do I get those? Hopefully somebody would help me.

It wants your email user id and password @verizon.net
When you signed up for service, after installation you should have gone through an activation online. If you didn't then I don't think the TV online services are active yet.
