MLB packages does not show games in HD until after the hockey season?

I called tech support last night to report I could not tune in channel 1474 to watch the baseball games in HD.  I did pay $169 for the MLB package. 

Well they called me back today and told me I would not get any games in HD on channel 1474 until after the hockey season?  Is this true? I'll miss half the baseball season then? 

Can someone here please confirm this?

What a crock that rep told you. I have the MLB EI package and I didn't have any problem getting the 3 MLB games on GAMEHD CHannel 1474yesterday. And no I wasn't an NHL CI subscriber...

If I were you, I'd call back and escalate to management...if the reps here can't help.
