MSNBC on AppleTV

I am having trouble viewing MSNBC through the NBC news App. I always get an playback error. This occurs once I log into my Verizon account on the app. I Waldo want to mention that I I don’t get this issue when I am not logged in. I am able to view the live tv option for the 15 minute free preview. 

This did not occur when I was an optimum customer and just started happening when I became a Verizon customer. Any idea about how to fix it, my attempts to reach Verizon have been unsuccessful.

Are you certain that you have MSNBC in your suscription?  I had it in my Custom TV package for months and then Fios took it out without notice.
