My motorola remote will not recognize any codes listed for Harmon Kardon reciever.

hi gbowland, sorry you're having trouble programming the remote to your receiver. The newer Philips remote that we have is the most up to date and has several more codes available for Harmon Kardon receivers. If you like I can send you one. How new is that remote? I have problems with the newest model remote with a Sylvania TV purchased in July 2009. The last remote I received from Verizon was in December 2009, and that still did not work with the Sylvania.

Hi ekem015, not sure when we started sending the newer philips remote but the 1st version we were sending only had 3 Sylvania codes, we now have 26 codes for Sylvania. Go to this site:

http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/FiOSTV/Remote+Controls/SetUp/SetUp.htm

It has all the remotes/codes we ever used. There's bound to be one for your set in the newer Philips list. However if you have a tv/dvd combo, some codes only work for some features. Hope this helps.
