Multi-room DVR Wiring Requirements

I've had FiOS TV for over 3 years now.  I have an HD DVR, and three SD set top boxes in upstairs bedrooms.  If I get a Multi-room DVR (MRDVR), do I just unplug the current DVR, plug in the MRDVR and it'll work fine throughout the house?  Or will I need additional cabling/wiring to make it work properly?  I'm planning on upgrading one of the SD set top boxes to HD but not now.

Thanks for any/all help!

You don't have to do anything. In fact all you have to do is call Verizon and they will turn on the multiroom option from your current DVR. I think there is a way to order the feature thru the box too.

that might be by hitting DVR and then using the MRDVR troubleshooter
