My 1 year old just ordered On Demand

I am writing this because about 5-10 minutes ago my 1 year old ordered something from On Demand.  She was playing with the remote and somehow ordered the Alice Cooper program for $10.  I tried calling billing assistance and they are closed at this time so I can't get the order cancelled.  I am using this as a time stamp to inform Verizon that I do not want this service and I am not watching it, so I expect this charge to be reversed.  I can't believe there isn't an email contact, etc. and I have to resort to a message board to state my problem.

What else can I do?

Welcome to the forums.  You're primarily talking to other customers here.

Verizon doesn't use email for support communications.  They use phone, online chat and even snail mail.

I suggest you call Verizon during business hours.  Generally speaking, the people who work the day shift are the most helpful.  If you don't get satisfaction from the phone, try calling in and saying you want to cancel.  That will get you to a retention specialist who may be more willing to resolve your issue.

If you don't already have a purchase lock enabled, I suggest you do it now.  With a purchase lock, your pin must be entered to order any service that costs money.  I know it's too little too late; but it can help avoid this from happening again.

Good Luck.
