The above post has been open for years. I wanted my students to tune in and watch the launch of LADEE last night for an assignment in my physics class. About a quarter of my students couldn't watch it because you don't carry it. It has been requested for years.

If someone has FiOS TV, they are likely to have internet. If they have FiOS internet, they have plenty of bandwidth to watch online.

Yes..I am aware of the web feed. It is not as clear as one would hope. I did watch the web feed last night, and I couldn't make out a lot of the data they were showing (altitude, speed, etc). I believe this in SD or HD would be adequate to resolve the bad streams.
I have been looking around a bit more, and from what I gather, it is a free channel, and Verizon doesn't have to pay rights or anything. I would really like to know what the hold up is on this.
