I AM TRYING TO RENT MOVIES BUT IT SAYS I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH CREDITS YET I CAN BUY FLEX MOVIES?? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM?

This issue was previously, and nothing was reported back, that I can see. After it was escalated in June. But it must have been corrected. Lets see if we can get an answer on why this would happen.
