Need help finding The Chinese Channel

I just switched from time warner cable to FIOS.  So far so good, but I am looking for a channel called "The Chinese Channel".

Thanks, but it is neither of those 2 channels. If it helps, it was channel 582 on Time WarnerNYC(Queens)
