No Guide

When I try to view the guide there is nothing there.  The boxes that should contain the information are grey. Is there a quick fix or does Verizon have to make the correction?

Can you provide a little more info?

Are you using FIOS router and STBs?

What model STB?

Have you tried rebooting router first then STBs?
