Hello,
I have an appointment for today between 8am-12pm. Not sure how many calls,text and emails I got to confirme,which I did.
It's now 11:15 and I have yet to hear from anyone. Considering that they say it takes between 4 to 6 hours to install. I'm surprised there is nobody here yet .

WOW,
I live in a condo and it took us a while to decided to let Verizon Fios install their equipment. Since we didn't want it to look out of place against the buildings.
Now come to find out that they did not do it correctly on 80% of the buildings.
Crazy. SO now we wait....
