On-Demand Listing for TV Extreme HD Package

So I have the TV Extreme HD Package, but I am having trouble finding a list of which On-Demand channels are included.  Rather than wasting time browsing through each channel and selecting something that will prompt me to add/change services, is there a listing online where I can find out which On-Demand features I have for this package?

   Check with a FiOS store in your area. They have printouts available.
