Online TV Listings Not Available?

Would like to schedule a DVR recording, but the TV Listings (All Channels) tell me "no programs scheduled in selected time slot."  Really?  Tuesday, 3/17, 9 AM to 12 PM, there's nothing on any channel?  I've tried logging off & back on, closing & restarting my browser, waiting a few hours, but I'm still getting the same "nothing scheduled" message. Is anyone else having the same problem? Argh!
