Pausing live TV

I pause live TV and after a few minutes watching, suddenly it junps to live TV. I try to rewind and many times I cannot find the program because it ended.

That's not what I was promised, I was promised the ability to paused live TV and it's not happening!!!!

I'm having the same issue.  Especially on the non-DVR recording TV.  I'll even have it continue to try to skip forward when I'm live.
