Pending order for more than 2 weeks now...

Been trying to check options to get some premium channels for more than two weeks now, whenever I go to the page it always show the Services Overview. It says that "Your account currently has a pending order." Can't do online ordering until the pending order is cleared.

Sorry you are having difficulty ordering online. Already called them last week, they said they're going to fix it and wait 24-48 hrs.
