Price of HD new releases

simple question, I'm thinking about changing.  I just want to know how much for HD new releases???  a friend says its only 99 cents?

Agreed.  Not showing them in OAR is a rip which is why I haven't rented a pay VOD in the 3 years I've had FiOS TV.
