Okay, I made sure I have access to Remote DVR but it did not prompt me to initiate it when I logged into www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral. In fact, when I login, it just takes me back to the main page overview of my account but mentions nothing about Remote DVR being a part of the services I am paying for. I'm wondering if someone can give me more clear directions on how to activate the Remote DVR feature (not the one for wireless phones but the one for internet use). Any help is greatly appreciated!

Same problem. I have been with Tech Support for a week now trying to figure out how to activate. Every tech-support person has no idea what Remote DVR is. I have to explain the process in detail each time. Even had a tech person take control of my computer after I signed on to my account so they could see the screen. The following is the page that comes up when I log in. No activation page. Any help would be appreciated.
