Quantum TV - Does the SW record random shows based on my previously recorded shows?

I've noticed several strange shows pop up on my recorded programs list.  These are shows that I never scheduled but some of them are shows that I may have watched once before.  But  not always.  Does Quantum try to predict what I like the way TEVO does?  If so, how do I turn that off?  It hasn't  happened in a while so maybe it was a bug that got fixed.

There's a "Recommendations" option buried somewhere in the settings - sorry, not in front of my FiOS box so not sure how to navigate to it - that might have something to do with this. I set mine to "Off" a very long time ago. Might want to check that out.
