RedZone is not working!

I called Verizon and 5 times got disconnected due to heavy call volume.  At least that is what I assume.

I activated the redzone and now it is saying my order cannot be completed.  I have had it for 2 years and never had this issue.  The one time I did get through to VZ the recording said my order could not be completed because the appointment was not scheduled!  THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT!  I am activating the same RedZone that is part of my package.

Any help?

I have the RedZone as part of my package for three years tn NJ why must I wait? Don't understand please help?

Great Eric! How about those who ALREADY HAVE SUBSCRIBED to RZC over a year ago? New subscriptions can wait...existing customers are getting screwed.

I just got off the phone with customer service here in Queens, NY.  This was after getting hung up on by automated services like 12 times and the online tech support not working at all. Anyway, they told me Redzone is down for the entire Verizon FIOS network. So basically noone in the country with FIOS has Redzone right now.  I saw there official twitter response which is totally laughable.  They said Wow they couldn't believe all the requests they got for Redzone. Unbelievable.

Tampa too. Between the weather and now this are we all wishing we had Direct TV?? Apps made, beers cold, friends are here, NO FRIGGIN GAMES!!! Beyond done with Verizon!!!

is it working yet? Not for me in VA. This is absolute **bleep**. Tech support is offline, sales HOWEVER is open. How the h are you supposed to sell something that you dont have????? I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I dont pay 175 a month for this crap. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is not something that I will get back or can watch later - the whole point of this channel is to watch it once a week for 4 months or so... and opening day I get this?????? I hope I get a deeply apologetic letter in my inbox from Verizon and a significant monetary compensation on my bill or I AM CANCELLING.

That was equivalent as calling customer service, or tech support NO CLEAR ANSWER. This is the number one sport in this country how can you not be ready for this amount of people! Another lame excuse to a lame a$$ service

This is unacceptable. I love verizon and use them for everything they offer, but this is a hugely negative experience. The only reason I keep cable tv rather than just using netflix/hulu is football, and namely NFL Redzone.

The fact that it isn't working is bad enough, but the fact that I can't get a hold of any via any of the offered means is terrible. I would like to at least know it is being worked.

I expect some sort of compensation because this service has been atrocious.

Not working here either. I called this morning, and was told it would be active by 1pm after they rebooted my ONT.

Clearly clueless. Is it working for anyone? One of the primary reasons that I switched from Time Warner was the RZ channel.

What I don't understand is that they received NUMEROUS calls about this prior to today, and they still didn't get it right. Crazy.

Mine is not working either, went through a test when I called in, got disconnected, same issues across the country.  Time to switch to Direct!
