What is the point of having a remote DVR option when it doesn't do what it's supposed to? I have done nothing different with my STB's lately, it worked before, and now I try to go in and schedule something and I get "box xxxxxxxxxx is not responding" Seriously. This service is so **bleep** frustrating between features that don't work right and customer service reps who are clueless.
