Remote Eye compatible with qip 7100

Hi,

I have pretty much the same problem as described in this thread, except that I have two receivers -

The receivers are situated away from the TVs, and I was told remote eyes that plug-in to the back of the receiver can be wired adjacent to the TV.  If someone knows which ones work, it would be much appreciated.  Generally, I believe, these cables take the form of a 3.5mm stereo-mini to IR-sensor, as shown here -

They have the three foot IR extension cable. Mostly for boxes located inside a cabinet. $5.95.

Just call 1-888-553-1555 and verizon will ship the IR extender free of charge for your 7100 stb.

I just called the number listed in the post above and Verizon is sending 2 IR sensors out to me.  Thanks for the information.
