I've had 2 replacement HD PVRs in the last few weeks. I was originally having issues with scheduling programs via the web but not that appears to be working. In any case, everytime I use FIOS TV Central, by old / replaced PVRs are still listed. The site always trys to communicate with the boxes when I try to navigate to the recordings section. How do I get these removed since they are no longer active? I already tried refresh on screen but that does not fix the issue.
Also can't seem to rename any of the boxes. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if I can remove the 2 older ones.

When you sent them back, they should have been removed from your account within a week or so. If it's been that long, I'd call Verizon.

Have you tried the REFRESH MY SET TOP BOX LIST link on the top of the MY SET TOP BOXES page? That may do the trick.
