Verizon needs to seriously fix the "resume" function is displayed when a customer wants to resume playing movie at the point in which the movie stopped due to network errors or when the person watching the movie stopped the movie for whatever reason.
It's time consuming and a pain having to use the page forward button control on the remote to get to the place where the movie was stopped.

I agree. Not only that, if you are watching a network tv show and pause it, then try to resume you are forced to watch the entire show from the beginning WITHOUT the ability to fast-forward at all! I am not talking about fast-forwarding during the commercials. I mean you can't even fast-forward during the show. This is a recent change too. It wasn't always like that. It's terrible and they need to fix it!
