Customer Service particularly over ses, is terrible. I spent more than an hour attempting to resolve a problem without sucess. As I result after numerous attempts on my own, I contacted a professiona who resolved the problem at the tune of $200.00. Terribl service. Sorry that I switched from Comcast, will make the change once the contract with Verizon expires. Can't Wait.
