Sony Movie Channel - Bad Pixelation

Was just trying to watch a movie on the Sony Movie Channel and there is really bad pixelation that is making it unwatchable.

This channel is tempermental (I first reported issues with this channel over 6 months ago) but I've never seen it this bad.

For what it's worth I'm in VHO7. Anyone else seeing this and is there anyone at Verizon who can look into this?
