Sprout Now iOS App NOT WORKING!

As of 13:36 EDT, it is telling me I don't have Sprout in my package BUT I'M LOOKING AT THE CHANNEL ON MY TV AS I TYPE.  Verizon PLEASE fix the issue immediately.
